The framed price, if listed on a product page, will be for the framing as seen in the gallery or as photographed online. Due to the limited-edition nature of the artwork, we have collaborated with a local London framer to offer bespoke, high- quality framing that will protect the prints, so that the artwork can be enjoyed for many years to come. Most of the work hung in the gallery has been framed with high-spec UV art glass, to minimise reflection and also preserve the image, although of course there are other framing/glass options available, so please do contact us by phone, email or pop-in to our gallery to brief us and get a final quote.
Orders with framing included will take longer; please allow an additional 3-4 weeks for framing prior to dispatch, however we will endeavour to turn the framing around as soon as possible.
Framing orders will be sent at extra cost due to size, fragility, and weight. In some cases we may be able to deliver directly to your door without charge. Please contact us for individual delivery quotes for any orders with framing.
If the print has a straight edge, or already has a border as part of the print, then no border is required. The print is framed flush with the edge of the frame.
Many of our artists produce prints with a 'deckled' or a torn edge. Prints like this look best float mounted, when the artwork is adhered to a mountboard, leaving a white border between the print and the inside of the frame, showcasing the edge of the print.
A window mount is used to create a 'cut out' window inside the frame of your print. The window mount sits on top of the print, usually overlapping the edges slightly, creating a clean border around the piece in a classic style. The mount width is included in the overall size when measuring frames.

All orders can be collected our gallery in Stoke Newington free of charge.
Once your payment has been processed, we aim to have your order ready to collect within 7 days. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to collect from the gallery.

Where items are unique or made to order, there may be longer lead time on your purchase and we will contact you if this is the case
Unframed Artwork: Standard UK Delivery is £10.
Once your payment has been processed, we aim to have your order dispatched within 7 days for standard delivery. Orders will be sent using Royal Mail’s Signed & Tracked Service.
Unframed Artwork: Next Day UK Delivery is £15
This service is only available for dispatch on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Orders will either be sent with UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please allow until 6pm to receive your order for Next Day deliveries. Upon dispatch you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. This service will provide up to £500 compensation for loss or damage.
If a parcel is returned to us by the shipping company after delivery is attempted for a second time, we will require a £15 fee to be paid before items are re-sent.

We currently do not ship outside the UK, but please do contact us directly email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate any specific requests.
In the unlikely event that your order goes missing in the post, we will contact you and the relevant shipment company to try to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for orders going missing once they are with shipment companies but will of course provide refunds, replacements, or exchanges to customers where necessary.
If we notice that there are issues with your shipment address we will contact you prior to dispatch, however we cannot always spot mistakes and cannot be responsible for errors in contact details provided by customers.
