We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not and would like to organise a refund or exchange please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, you may return items within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, but please note, return numbers must be requested within 7 days of the order being made. Individual agreements in regards to exchanges and refunds can be made directly with us and confirmed in writing for gifts and Christmas presents at email@example.com. We are unable to exchange or refund underwear or swimwear. After 14days and up until 28days from purchase date the item can be returned for store credit. After 28days we will no longer accept returns/exchanges.
The item(s) should be returned unworn and unused in perfect condition, with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to you
We would also strongly advise that items are returned via trackable mail, such as Royal mail, First Class signed for, as we can’t accept responsibility for items until the are delivered back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
