DELIVERY

UK standard shipping (1-3 working days) £5.95- free on UK orders over £200

UK express shipping (next working day) under 2kg-£9.95 | over 2kg-£12.95 

European and International deliveries (Europe 3-5 working days) Rest of the world (5-7 working days)- £25

We will endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on the same working day. All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.

RETURNS

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not and would like to organise a refund or exchange please contact us at info@archiefoal.com,  you may return items within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, but please note, return numbers must be requested within 7 days of the order being made. Individual agreements in regards to exchanges and refunds can be made directly with us and confirmed in writing for gifts and Christmas presents at info@archiefoal.com. We are unable to exchange or refund underwear or swimwear. After 14 days and up until 28 days from purchase date the item can be returned for store credit. After 28 days we will no longer accept returns/exchanges.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and unused in perfect condition, with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to you

We would also strongly advise that items are returned via trackable mail, such as Royal mail, First Class signed for, as we can’t accept responsibility for items until the are delivered back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the issue of your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that gift cards are non refundable.
International Shipping & Returns
Customers are responsible for any import and customs fees for their international shipments. Please contact us for further information on how to return orders that were placed for delivery addresses outside the UK.
All parcels must be clearly marked "RETURNED GOODS" along with a copy of the original commercial invoice attached. If we are charged customs import duty for parcels shipped without following these instructions, then the fees will be deducted from your refund.
