How can I purchase artwork from you?

Simply browse our online gallery, select your desired piece, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase securely.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to art enthusiasts worldwide.

What is your returns policy?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, you are entitled to cancel your purchase and receive a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. You must notify us on art@archiefoal.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase that you wish to do so.

Please note we do not offer any returns on artwork that has had bespoke framing.

Shipped artworks can be returned to
us via post and will be refunded minus the shipping and packaging cost. Exchanges can also be arranged.

RETURNING YOUR ARTWORK

To qualify for a refund, the artwork must be returned to us in mint condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for returning it on a tracked service.

Should artworks(s) return damaged or lost in transit, Archie Foal cannot issue a refund.

Ensure your print is delicately wrapped in tissue and re-rolled in the postal tube or else carefully placed back in the flat packaging.

CHANGES IN ORDERS

We make every effort to ensure that all information on the website is accurate. However, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the description or price of a product, or in the availability of an artwork, we will notify you and ask if you wish to continue or cancel your order.

 INCORRECT AND FAULTY ORDERS

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately via art@archiefoal.com, showing photos of any faults or issues, along with any other relevant information.

All orders found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt to the recipient will be replaced, refunded or exchanged. In some cases, the print you purchased may no longer be available as once an edition is sold out it cannot be reproduced. If this is the case, you will be refunded.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to varying monitor settings or the type of device.
